Player EngagementPriorities, playing-time fairness, full team report
What needs attention?
Start with players who need an update. Fairness and the full team report live here too.
All active players
Who's below fair share?
FAI target: every player reaches the 50% floor, ideally an equal share.
Player ProgressionThree ratings a season — start, mid, end — feeds the season card
Measure development start to end of season
Rate every player's development themes at three fixed points in the season. Ratings roll up into four development domains (technical/tactical, physical, mental and social/personal) — shown as a before/after view on each player's profile and feeding the end-of-season card.
What's this for, and what do the ratings mean?
Three quick check-ins a season (start, mid, end) — about 30–60 seconds per player — using what you already know from training and matches. No new admin: it reuses the same 10 themes every time, and it feeds the player's profile and the end-of-season card automatically. Coaches only see this; it's never shown to parents.
Every theme uses the same 1–5 scale, so a rating means the same thing whichever theme you're rating:

Five-step plan for the next fixture
Work through the five steps in order — each one hands off to the next.
Lock in matchday
Coach roles, set-piece takers, the ref’s match card and the note that goes out to parents. Everything the team needs on the day.
Set-piece takers
Tap any row to pick a player. Captain fills in automatically from the confirmed line-up in Step 2.
Pre-match briefing
The one-glance note that goes out to coaches, parents and players. Composed from the fixture, scouting notes and game plan.
Meet 45 minutes before kick-off at the pitch entrance.
Home kit: red shirt, black shorts, red socks. Bring away kit for clash.
Weather placeholder — will pull from forecast the morning of the match.
No prior meeting on record. Coach notes go here.
- Play out from the back with patience.
- Wingers stay wide until we cross halfway.
- Press as a unit — go together, recover together.
Availability pulls from the parent poll once the poll is open.
3–4–1 · Nine starting slots
Short of players? League rules let you name up to 3 players registered to a younger panel at your own club. A player from another club, or from another team in this age group, is not eligible.
Assign players before reviewing roles
Player responsibilities are generated automatically from the saved line-up positions.

Select a fixture and save a complete line-up. Game management never makes substitutions automatically.
Read-only access: you can follow the clock and playing time but cannot record changes.
